Unopened and Unused Products:
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product for reasons other than the above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Procedure

Initiate the Return:
Send an email to service@fashionshopc.com to start the return process. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. -
Receive Return Authorization:
Our Customer Support Team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return. -
Return the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. -
Processing Refund or Replacement:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or send out a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and replacements will be dispatched promptly.
